I found these gems at Aldo for $40. While they don’t exactly qualify as clutching a copy of your favorite novel, these beauties resemble journals. I have to admit I much prefer these because they are crossbodys. I don’t like holding my purse in my hands because I am terrified I will lose it. I like that you can wear these and not think about them and they make the same kind of fashion statement without burning a whole in your pocket.
