Let’s be real – hitting the gym isn’t always the easiest feat to accomplish. Busy college students (and – umm – lazy college grads) have to plan every minute of every hour of every day accordingly. With assignments, deadlines, job and internship applications and other priorities, making that trek to spend 30 minutes in the gym can be a challenge.

Today’s the last day of National Women’s Health Week. Its function is to “empower women to make their health a priority” with getting active as one of the steps to doing so.

Yes, penciling in a visit to the gym might be difficult to do – but there’s no excuse not to fit some kind of physical activity in. Especially if you, too are sitting on the couch and enjoying a spare moment of free time. There’s nothing wrong with relaxing, boo! You deserve it. But make your DVR-driven morning/afternoon/weekend worthwhile and be a well woman.
