Student Calls In Bomb Threat To Cancel Graduation Because She's Not Graduating

Smh. A 22-year-old “college” “student,” Danielle Shea, called in multiple bomb threats to cancel Quinnipiac University’s commencement last week because she didn’t want her family to know she’s not graduating. No, she’s not a student who worked hard, couldn’t pass and panicked. She’s not even close to that. Danielle convinced her mom to pay thousands of dollars for college when she wasn’t even going. Smh. Your mama worked hard for that money. Tsk. Tsk. Tsk.
While her mom was paying for college this year, Danielle was apparently doing something else with that money. Danielle began to panic when her family noticed she wasn’t on the graduation roster and she decided to take matters into her own hand.
“According to police, Shea made two calls to the university’s public safety department. In the first, about 20 minutes before the start of the 6 p.m. graduation ceremony, she stated there was a ‘bomb in the library,’ said police. In the second call, about 20 minutes later, police said Shea warned ‘Several bombs are on campus’ and noted ‘You haven’t cleared out graduation. That’s not a good idea.'”
Police have arrested her for first degree threatening and falsely reporting an incident and she is being held with a $20,000 bond. I don’t understand this. Remember when that girl on Twitter got arrested for jokingly making bomb threats? Terrorism is a real threat and it’s a very scary one. You’re having a family issue so you want to put a damper on everyone else’s big day, all the while assuming the risk of potential jail time? People be tripping. You can’t undo what you did girl but you can tell the truth.
