8 Ways To Create Diversions When Crying In Public



Crying in public is my bread and butter—or no—it’s my jam! A good cry is like an orgasm for your eyeballs. You let out all those emotions, whether it was stress, happiness, angst or anger, letting it out is much better than keeping it in. Did you know that tears look different under a microscope based on which emotion caused them? Onion tears look much different than tears of grief or tears of laughter. There are so many reasons to cry and thus so many opportunities to cry in public. However, showing raw emotion in public isn’t for everyone. It can cause a scene or bring you unwanted attention. When I asked Editor in Chief Alex what she did when she cried in public she said, “Hide behind a car!” Umm, we can do better than crouching behind a vehicle, that’s not conspicuous at all. Here are the many different ways you can create a diversion to distract from your bawling.
