No. Chill. At all. The men of Twitter are STILL in a tizzy about their rights…or the rights that they think they should have. #MeninistTwitter is like one of those evergreen hashtags that has these random spurts of popularity at certain times, but it never really ever dies. But umm…it should. I still don’t get how or why their requests can even be remotely fair, like these:

But, again…do some of these tweeters have a point? An April study from Slate revealed that men are sexually assaulted as often as women, and prison rape among men is still a very real – and scary – thing that’s “widely ignored by authorities” according to ABC. Some of these memes, tweets and pictures are funny…but I think that there’s truth in jest. What say you, Candy Girls?
