The new Gone Girl movie posters are as chilling and creepy as the book. Gone Girl tells the story of the toxic relationship between Amy (Rosamund Pike) and Nick (Ben Affleck) and the events following Amy’s disappearance in which her husband, Nick, is the main suspect. I love the book because of its observations about modern relationships and the expectations we place on each other to avoid conflict and keep up appearances. I also love the fact that everyone is t0tally insane. No spoilers, I promise. The novel is a New York Times Bestseller and one of my favorite reads in recent memory. The new posters reveal evidence in the case captioned with the phrase “Happy Anniversary.” Nick and Amy’s anniversary is July 5th and today the posters promise a new trailer, yet to be released.
