Despite how contrived, critically derided and boring, yet ironically humorous, Beyoncé’s previous documentary Life Is But A Dream was HBO is releasing another 10-episode Bey documentary. If ten 40-minute videos of Beyoncé’s The Mrs. Carter Tour wasn’t enough, HBO will also be airing a concert special of the On The Run Tour.
“This is a major musical event that belongs on HBO. It’s going to be a night to remember.” Michael Lombardo, president of the network’s programming said. I am actually excited to see the concert footage because there was no way in hell I was buying these expensive ass concert tickets.
