2. The Chai
Start off your relaxing night in with a hot cup of vanilla spice chai. This recipe from EssieButton is quick, easy, and ridiculously delicious.
Ingredients (makes 1 cup):
2 cups of water, 1/2 a cup of milk, 2 peppercorns, 2 cardamom seeds, 1 cinnamon stick (you can use powdered cinnamon for a cheaper option), 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger, 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg, 2 teabags, brown sugar (optional), and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Method:
Add all of your spices to your water in a pan, and bring to the boil. Let simmer for about 5 minutes, then remove from the heat and add your teabags. Follow with as much brown sugar as you’d like, and your vanilla extract, and let the mix steep for about 5 more minutes. Add milk, and then strain into a mug. Voila, pretty much the taste of Fall (without all that gross artificial pumpkin).

3. The Cinnamon Spice Face Mask
This doesn’t just smell delicious, it’s also surprisingly good for your skin. The spices act as an anti-inflammatory, soothing redness and those swollen, angry, underground spots.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of honey, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
Method:
Mix it all together, smooth onto your skin. Relax.

4. The Manicure Upgrade
Not the most relaxing thing on the list, but who can be stressed out with super soft hands? Take a few minutes before your manicure to treat yourself to this quick DIY for ridiculously silky skin. You can also use it all over your body, if you’d like.
Method: Mix 2 tablespoons of sugar or salt (whatever you have) with the same amount of olive oil, then gently rub into your hands. Rinse off and be prepared to be unable to stop stroking your hands against each other.

5. The Avocado Hair Mask
Hey, if you’re already soaking in the tub with a face mask and a cup of chai, you might as well nourish your hair, too.
Method: Cut and scoop out the flesh of one avocado and mix it in a bowl with one tablespoon of honey. Smooth it over your hair (it might get a bit messy), and leave for twenty minutes before rinsing clean.
