A group of pranksters in Venice Beach, California set up a free photo op with some giant teddy bears. Plenty of people were ready for their close-up but got a scare instead of a nice souvenir.

Teddy also took a break from scaring innocent passersby to dance, skateboard, and go for a bike ride. Everything is more fun in a bear suit.
