In case you missed it, Lip Sync Battle might be the greatest thing to happen to television since we first heard about Netflix. We knew from the moment we saw the trailer that this would be epic – how could a big, tough dude like Dwayne Johnson AKA “The Rock” singing Taylor Swift not be? Two celebs will battle it out every week, and the show premiered last night with Jimmy Fallon versus Dwayne Johnson. Jimmy’s first round *ding ding* took him down to the audience pit where he led a conga line to Harry Belafonte’s “Jump In The Line (Shake Senora).” The Rock opted for a highly skilled version of “Shake It Off”…he, shockingly, nailed it. (Round 1: The Rock) For the second face-off, Jimmy enlisted the help of an entire choir as he lip synced his heart out to Madonna’s “Like A Prayer.” But did The Rock prove to be the champ while performing to “Stayin’ Alive” by the Bee Gees?
