Caitlyn Jenner (Formerly Bruce) Debuts On Cover Of 'Vanity Fair'

Vanity Fair released its July cover today: Caitlyn Jenner, formerly known as Bruce Jenner.
“If I was lying on my deathbed and I had kept this secret and never ever did anything about it, I would be lying there saying, ‘You just blew your entire life,’” Jenner told Vanity Fair writer Buzz Bissinger for the cover story. He also said, “Bruce always had to tell a lie. He was always living that lie. Everyday, he always had a secret, from morning til night. Caitlyn doesn’t have any secrets.”

The former Olympian came out as transgender in an interview with Diane Sawyer in April. “I’m emerging as myself. Isn’t that great?” Jenner said. “The female part of me is who I am. I identify as female, and that’s very hard for Bruce Jenner to say, because I don’t want to disappoint people.” At the time, Bruce did not want to reveal his female name, simply using the term “Her.”
News that Jenner would appear on the cover of Vanity Fair leaked out on Friday.
We hope you finally feel that you’re free to live as you want to, Caitlyn! We’re all behind you. Check out more of the fierce photos from Vanity Fair below.

You can even follow Caitlyn Jenner (@Caitlyn_Jenner) on Twitter – don’t worry, it’s verified so we know it’s not some poser.

And daughter Kendall Jenner took to Twitter after the announcement to show her support.
