Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett & Holly Madison: Are They Bitter Bunnies?

Holly Madison recently released a personal memoir entitled Down the Rabbit Hole, and it has really stirred up some drama between the former stars of The Girls Next Door. In the book, Madison reveals that her Playboy companion, Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett, was in fact not such a companion at all. According to Holly, Kendra is “the fakest person I’ve ever met.” Ouch. Talk about a slap to the face.
The book goes on to cover how Madison’s time spent in the Playboy Mansion was not all it cracked up to be, as she was given some shocking restrictions living under Hugh Hefner’s roof. As she dishes out the “truth” on Kendra, she also sheds light on Hef and discusses how being one of his multiple girlfriends was extremely competitive. She even mentions how depressed she was living in the mansion, something we would never have expected from a girl who we thought had it all.
Of course, Kendra and Hef have something to say about all of these wild allegations. In an E! News interview, Hef said, “Over the course of my life I’ve had more than my fair share of romantic relationships with wonderful women. Many moved on to live happy, healthy, and productive lives, and I’m pleased to say remain dear friends today. Sadly, there are a few who have chosen to rewrite history in an attempt to stay in the spotlight.”

Kendra, on the other hand, was not as tame about responding to Madison. Seeming to be the more hot-headed one in this situation, Wilkinson-Baskett had no problem letting the media know exactly how she sees it. “Holly, you can tell, had this ulterior motive every minute being at the Mansion, and that motive was—it was clear as day—she wanted Hef’s kids, she wanted a piece of Playboy, and she wanted to marry Hef for, obviously, his will,” Kendra issued to E! News.
Kendra goes onto explain how she thinks Holly is just out for revenge and attention, a theory which has yet to be proven. While we may not know which party is truthful, we can’t help but laugh at the utter chaos that is surrounding Madison’s memoir.
And as for Ms. Madison – you might want to stay hidden in your rabbit hole for a little while longer, sweetheart.
