Following his arrest and hospitalization in June for a DUI in Beverly Hills, John Stamos has checked himself into rehab. TMZ reports that the actor is in a residential program for substance abuse.
Stamos is set to appear Sept. 11, 2015 at the LAX Courthouse for his DUI charge.
This comes hours after bowing out of an Emmy Awards nominations co-hosting gig. stating there was a “scheduling conflict.” He will be replaced by Cat Deeley, host of So You Think You Can Dance.
No word on if this will hinder plans for Netflix’s Full House spin-off series, Fuller House. Stamos announced the new series on Jimmy Kimmel Live in April.
