This Dutch Music Video Is Weirder Than 'Gangnam Style' If That's Possible

I’m pretty proud of my Dutch heritage. I rock orange proudly, boast about my travels to Amsterdam, and recently took a lot of crap from the people in my office for cheering for the Netherlands over the USA during a soccer match (USA actually won for once). I might be Dutch, but even I can’t defend my homeland for this super weird rap song. Performed by hip-hop duo Lil Kleine & Ronnie Flex, this music video is full unnecessarily thrusting everything from playground toys to park benches. See for yourself.

According to a rough translation by a Dutch person on Reddit, the song is unsurprisingly about sex and drugs. The most disturbing part? According to this Dutch Wikipedia page, it’s been at the top of the Dutch charts since its release four weeks ago.
It’s weird. It’s disturbing. And it’s somehow catchy. It’s “Gangnam Style” all over again. God help us all.
I’ve reach out to to my Dutch mother for comment.
