Kris, Caitlyn Jenner Take Their First Selfie Together

It hasn’t even been 24 hours yet, but one of the most epic selfies on Instagram garnered one million views and upward of 26 thousand comments! Who else would we be talking about if not the Kardashian Klan?
In celebration of Kylie Jenner’s 18th birthday bash on Aug. 7, Kris and Caitlyn Jenner came face-to-face and it was all captured for our viewing on Kim Kardashian-West’s Instagram page, where the two posed together for a candid pic with none other than the Selfie Queen.
The snapshot, captioned “The Parent Trap,” shows the three glamorous ladies, each of them in full hair and au-naturale makeup.
This is the first time the momager and her former husband of more than 20 years were captured together in public, although not the first time they’ve met since Caitlyn’s transition; Kris was spotted visiting her ex’s home in Malibu at the end of July. It seems all went well, though, as the former couple was also spotted hugging it out at the end of the festivities held at Nobu.

This is Caitlyn’s second buzzed-about selfie to hit the Internet within three days. Two days ago the former social media rookie took to Instagram to post her first-ever solo selfie in honor of her Teen Choice Award nomination. The photo, seen below, was captioned:

No #SocialMediaQueen can be crowned without posting a selfie, so here’s my first! #TeenChoice http://www.whosay.com/l/tuQaSXJ

One week before this posting, which appears to be taken in her Porche, Caitlyn posted a standard “Teen Choice 2015” image, with the caption: “And to think I wouldn’t have qualified for this nomination a few months ago… What an honor! Link to vote in bio. #TeenChoice #SocialMediaQueen”
Evidently, the I Am Cait star has come a long way in just these few short months, which proves she’s now comfortable in her own skin. If you’re keeping up with Cait how you do the Kardashian’s, you’ll see in a recent clip for her E! docu-series, the hopeful “Social Media Queen” talks to her girlfriends about her newfound freedom:

“I’ve been comfortable by myself my entire life. This trip, I’ve been not at my house, I’ve been out, feeling extraordinarily comfortable being myself—and to be honest with you, it’s scary, because I’m already thinking I don’t want to go back there.”
