Zac Efron Eggs Himself, Rides A Shark

This Monday, Zac Efron was a guest on The Tonight Show to promote his new movie, We Are Your Friends. He first told a story about how he rode a shark in Hawaii and then later played Egg Russian Roulette with Jimmy Fallon.
While in Hawaii, he was shooting a movie called Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates when he and his co-star, Adam Devine, decided to go on a shark dive. While the duo was diving, Efron noticed that a group of smaller sharks were diving to make way for a bigger predator.
In other words: a bigger shark.
Efron, upon noticing a 14-foot tiger shark approaching him, decided to confront the aquatic beast. Instead of, you know, swimming away, Efron made extreme eye contact with the shark, informing it that “[he] wasn’t prey.” The shark, after likely being overwhelmed after having a staring contest with f*cking Zac Efron, began to swim towards the boat. Efron decided to grab onto the shark’s fin and rode it all the way back to the boat.
I…I don’t understand. What is this man’s thought process!? Who just grabs onto a shark and rides it back to a boat!?
Later on the show, Zac Efron took part in Egg Russian Roulette—a Jimmy Fallon classic. In Egg Russian Roulette, Fallon and Efron took turns smashing eggs on their head, not knowing whether they were hard-boiled or raw.
I guess this is what celebrities do for fun these days.
