No offense to the new parents out there, but sometimes my social media is so full of baby pictures that I wonder when I approved a friend request from an infant. Your baby is precious, really, but the daily update on Junior turning “2 months and 16 days” is getting out of control.
One couple was tired of their in-laws wondering when baby pictures would be invading their timelines, so they decided to do a photo shoot with their own bundle of joy, Humphry, who just happens to be a dog.
Matt and Abby said the light-hearted poke at families’ obsession with their babies was all in good fun. Photographer Elisha Minnette told BuzzFeed,
“We did this shoot just for a little bit of humour between ourselves, as well as for those that share the same sense of humour as us.”
