Finally, you can live out all your spoiled rich kid dreams just like Ryan Atwood and Seth Cohen! The mansion featured in the The OC is up for sale on real estate site Trulia, and it can be yours for only $6.25 million.
Just one problem: It might be a little different than you expect. Sure, the six-bed, seven-bathroom served as the exterior for shooting on the show that consumed my life for four years, but don’t expect Ryan’s pool house and that massive kitchen. Not to mention, the home is located in Malibu – almost two hours from Newport Beach in Orange County (without that infamous California traffic). Not to mention that price tag.
Oh well. You can always just settle for grabbing some tickets to The OC musical in LA.
Either way – California, here we come.
