Justin Bieber is BACK.
Last night was an emotional one for the Biebs. He slayed his VMAs performance and reminded us all why he’s a A-list celeb, but he wasn’t done there. He also released his music video for his new single “What Do You Mean.” Who knows? Maybe it will be up for some MTV awards next year…
