Nickelodeon Is Planning To Reboot Your Favorite 90s Shows

Attention all 90s babies: Prepare to rejoice because some of your beloved Nickelodeon shows may be planning a comeback!
The network president of content and development at Nickelodeon, Russell Hicks, has said that the network has been considering remaking some of its popular series from the 1990s for a more modern audience, with “retooled” versions of our favorite classics. In a recent interview with Variety, Hicks stated,

We are looking at our library to bring back ideas, shows that were loved, in a fresh new way. We are getting ready to bring back some of the ones they’ve told us multiple times they want to have brought back.

Variety has predicted that Nickelodeon could be possibly remaking shows like Rugrats, Hey Arnold!, You Can’t Do That on Television, and Victorious. Although Nickelodeon has not yet confirmed which programs they’re really considering to reboot, the network has thought about bringing the shows back through other formats, like maybe a movie or special.
This is probably the best idea that Nickelodeon has ever come up with. Personally, I’m praying for a Clarissa Explains It All remake. Maybe, they can do something similar to Girl Meets World having Melissa Joan Hart reprise her role as Clarissa and with her daughter as the star? So many possibilities that will have us tuning into Nickelodeon again!
