I’m not quite sure what goes through these people’s heads when they go out to hatch a plan like this. Do you think this is how relationships work? Do you think this is how love blossoms? If so, you’re wildly confused and I’m personally going to fight all of you.
Over the weekend, two college students who attend Texas Christian University were picked up by a man who was pretending to be their Uber driver. The unknown man approached the two women in a sedan who claimed to be their Uber driver. He reportedly told the two women that his original customer cancelled and that he needed another fare.
Upon entering the car, however, the driver began to initiate “inappropriate conversations” with the women. They demanded that he stop immediately. When he let them out, he tried to give one of them a hug. They called the police shortly after.
The police are still looking for the suspect who is described to be a white or Hispanic male in his mid 20s with shoulder length dark hair. Uber has further advised hanging on to the information about a driver before accepting a fare.
