DeflateGate has been going on for way too long, but it’s finally over thanks to the new Miss America, Betty Cantrell aka Miss Georgia.
During the question and answer portion, Miss Georgia was asked about Tom Brady and the NFL scandal that the New England Patriots used deflated footballs last season. Did she think it was okay that Brady’s suspension was lifted?

Despite that portion of the competition being worth 20% of the overall score, Miss Georgia was the only contestant with an amazing talent – she sang opera.
Apparently sports knowledge is not a requirement of the crown.
