The second Republican presidential debate is on tonight – Wednesday, September 16 – and will be hosted by CNN at the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio. The first was a few weeks back on August 6th, and was hosted by Fox News.

The second Republican presidential debate on Wednesday night, hosted by CNN, will feature the same two-tier structure as the first debate: an early “undercard” forum for candidates with the lowest poll numbers and a primetime main event for everyone else.

CNN will be broadcasting the debate for free on its CNN GOP Debate. No cable provider passwords are necessary. Clips of the debate will also be distributed by the network throughout the evening, meaning highlights can be viewed on blogs and social media.
