Blowing out a candle on your birthday to make a wish come true seems simple, but for two-year-old Marty, he had to work for his wish.
In a video from the toddler’s birthday celebration, he’s eager to blow out his candle and get down to the fun part: eating the cupcake. However, he runs into a little trouble.
He tries raspberries. He tries staring at the candle intently. He tries inhaling the flame, but dad had to step in before he “lights [his] head on fire.”
Instead of making it a team effort, Dad came up with a clever way to help Marty defeat the candle.
