When it comes to sports movies, The Mighty Ducks is up there with the best of them. The team is the Bad News Bears of hockey, being coached by Emilio Estevez, I mean, a guy who just got a DUI, and everything just goes wrong. However, the ragtag team and coach come together to win.
Cosmopolitan decided to find out what the real stars of the movie – the kids – are up to these days, 23 years after the original movie in the series was released. While some of them stayed out of the spotlight after their hockey days, most of them went on to enjoy some child stardom, and a few of them managed to translate that success into adult careers.
