First there were novel-long Facebook statuses. Then we fit all our thoughts into 140 characters on Twitter. Now, Instagram lets photos speak for themselves. Can you believe the picture-sharing/showing off app has been around for FIVE years? It seems like just yesterday we were awkwardly trying to snap selfies without the help of a front-facing camera and trying to figure out which was the best filter. Now, our Instas are the only way we know where we went last night.
