Back in 2008, Erin Andrews was filmed getting changed in her hotel room. Finally, she’s revealed how much money she is seeking in the peeping tom case – $75 million.
The beautiful Dancing With the Stars cohost and NFL sideline reporter is demanding Marriott International Hotel and other defendants hand over $75 million after being secretly videotaped by stalker Michael David Barrett while getting dressed during a staying in Tennessee back in 2008.
The video quickly went viral after Barrett posted it online. He eventually pleaded guilty to stalking and was sentenced to 30 months in prison.
Andrews originally filed the case in the Nashville Circuit Court back in December 2011, claiming that the employees were guilty of negligence and invasion of privacy.
According to Fox News,
Andrews claims that Marriott is ultimately in the wrong because its employees were the ones who told Barrett she had been staying at the hotel, gave him her room number — and then agreed to place the perv in the room next door.
The trial is expected to last ten days.
