Olivia Jackson, a stuntman who has worked on the latest Star Wars film, has to have her arm amputated following an accident on set while filming the upcoming film Resident Evil: The Final Chapter.

While filming in South Africa in September, the motorbike Jackson was riding crashed into a metal camera arm, leaving her in a medically-induced coma for two weeks.

According to Yahoo, the stuntwoman spoke of her condition upon recovering from her coma, saying, “My left arm is paralyzed and is going to have to be amputated. My facial scarring is horrible and I wish I had my old face. But I’m truly grateful to be alive.”

In addition to her arm injury, facial scarring, and being in a coma, a Facebook update detailed her injuries further. They included a brain bleed, brain swelling, severed main artery in the neck, several broken ribs, shatter scapula, broken clavicle, broken humerus, broken radius and ulna, and five nerves torn out of the spinal cord. Yikes.

Jackson has also done work on Mad Max: Fury Road and Guardians of the Galaxy.

Check out photos of her before the accident below, which documents that Jackson has spent her fair share of time in the hospital.
