Don’t underestimate this half-sister of the Kardashians. Like her sister Kendall, Kylie Jenner is standing out from the Kardashian Klan in her own ways. At the age of only 18, Kylie has certainly made a name for herself through her own media appearances and endorsement deals. So, how much is this celebrity really worth?

Kylie Jenner’s Net Worth As Of 2017: $18 Million

Here’s how Kylie made it to the millions.

Kylie was first launched into fame when her and the rest of the Jenner and Kardashian family starred in the reality series Keeping Up With The Kardashians. To date, the series has had 11 seasons, 152 episodes, and 6 spin-off series. Kylie would usually make $5,000 per episode. However, the last three seasons of KUWTK have averaged 20 episodes, which meant Kylie was pulling $100,000 per season.

Despite modeling for several different companies and making several different appearances throughout the media,  it wasn’t until 2013 when Kylie’s name was first out there on her own.

In 2013, Kylie released two different nail polishes for OPI called “Wear Something Spar-kylie” and “Rainbow in the S-kylie.” She earned $100,000 for each OPI endorsement. She and sister Kendall have also launched two different lines for different companies that same year: a clothing line for PacSun entitled The Kendall and Kylie Collection and a jewelry line for Pascal Mouawad’s Glamhouse called Metal Haven by Kendall & Kylie.

In February 2014, Kylie and Kendall launched a shoe and handbag line for Steve Madden’s Madden Girl line. By herself, Kylie launched a hair extension line with Bellami Hair entitled entitled Kylie Hair Kouture, which includes 16 different shades and a wet to dry hairbrush. Kylie also appeared on the cover of several different magazines including Seventeen and Teen Vogue.

In June 2014, Kylie and Kendall co-wrote a science fiction novel alongside ghostwriter Maya Sloan entitled Rebels: City of Indra. Although the novel was criticized when it was released, Sloan clarified that the book was compiled and edited from the sisters’ original ideas.

Time Magazine also named Kylie and Kendall two of “the 25 Most Influential Teens of 2014” for their impact among teens on social media.

In February 2015, Kylie purchased a $2.7 million five-bedroom, 5.5-bath mansion in an upscale gated community in Calabasas, California. She made this home her primary residence on her 18th birthday.

In May 2015, Kylie admitted on an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians that she got a lip augmentation. Her enhanced lips from lip fillers created speculation and gained her publicity, even sparking the infamous “Kylie Jenner Challenge.” However, there is no indication Kylie tried the method herself.

In August 2015, Kylie announced she will be launching her first lipstick line as a part of her self-titled lip kit. One month later, Kylie launched her new personalized website and mobile app.

Kylie also makes $3,000 per tweet tracking back all the way to 2013 and was also paid $200,000 by a Canadian club to appear at her own birthday party.

Time magazine once again named Kylie in their list of “The 30 Most Influential Teens” for 2015.

With 2016 around the corner, Kylie will continue to break the social media walls and earn more money in her bank.
