Sorry, Gleeks. Your favorite bad boy, Noah Puckerman, has a very strange habit and now he’s going to jail for it.

According to TMZ, Mark Salling has been arrested for possessing child pornography. The LAPD’s internet Crimes Against Children Task Force unit reportedly served a search warrant early this morning at an address in Sunland, California.

Details are scarce at this time, but it is expected that the 33-year-old is on his way to jail.

Salling just cleared up some legal trouble this past March. He reportedly reached a $2.7 million settlement with an ex-girlfriend who had sued him for sexual battery.

In 2011, Roxanne Gorzela claimed the Glee actor forced her to have unprotected sex and then when she confronted him several days later, he pushed her to the ground injuring her knees. It was reported that the case was settled midway through trial after Gorzela dropped the sexual battery claim after Salling admitted to negligently causing her to fall and injure herself.

Update: 12/30/15, 2:30 p.m.

Mark Falling was released from Los Angeles Downtown jail on $20,000 bail. Photos of him cowering in the back of a car and hiding his face from the cameras were released.

A search of Salling’s computer has allegedly found pornographic images depicting children under the age of 10.
