On her podcast last week, Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham claimed that an Uber driver attempted to rape her. Farrah recalled that the incident occurred around 2 in the morning back in January 2015 on Long Island, New York, and that her on-off boyfriend, Simon Saran, came to her rescue by throwing the Uber driver against his car window.
Uber stated that the couple had instigated the situation and that Abraham had made up the rape allegation. Abraham was subsequently banned from using the service – not because of the rape allegation – but because her friend dumped her alcoholic drink on the front seat of the Uber car.
It was reported by Page Six today that Abraham has since rescinded her previous rape claim. She now says that the driver did not try to rape her, but rather was “looking at her lecherously.” She was further quoted by Page Six stating, “I got into the car and the gentleman was looking me up and down. Something was wrong with him.”
Abraham now claims that she ordered the Uber to pick her up outside her hotel, but the driver asked her to “walk down the road to his car instead.” She said that the driver stared at her as she got in and it made Abraham so uncomfortable that she exited the car.
“It could have escalated into a rape situation,” Abraham said.
This is not the first time that Abraham has alleged to have been sexually assaulted. She has previously said that she was attacked by porn star, James Deen, according to Mirror.
