Whether you’re Team Backstreet Boys or Team *NSYNC, it’s time to put our differences aside.
Shortly after members of BSB and *NSYNC (as well as 98 Degrees and O-Town) joined together to make the zombie Western movie Dead 7 for SyFy, Joey Fatone and Lance Bass are once again showing their love for competing musical groups. I guess that after a decade or so, you can look back at yourself and laugh.
In the middle of his Dirty Pop at Sea cruise yesterday, Lance and Joey took a turn at karaoke together. Instead of treating us to a duet of “Pop” or “Bye Bye Bye,” they decided to serenade us instead with a Backstreet Boy ballad. It’s called “I Want It That Way” – maybe you’re familiar?
But don’t worry – these guys didn’t forget where their loyalty lies. Joey made sure to throw in a few insults to BSB at the end to make it clear that *NSYNC was and always will be the better boy band (even if Justin Timberlake didn’t invite them to his wedding).
