When I was 15 years old, all I wanted was that damn pink Motorola RAZR flip phone. It was cute, sleek, and I literally needed it. Instead I was given a TracFone, where a “K” text spent .5 of my 10 credits. Life was hard, to say the least.
If you’re anything like me, your dreams of getting that RAZR despite what your parents had to say about it could be coming true. In a new ad from Motorola, a bunch of super cool teens text back and forth on their enviable RAZR phones, with their final message being an ominous “TTYL. 6/9/16” text.
Could this mean what I think it means? According to Engadget, that’s the same day of Lenovo Tech World and the brand is “prepping a relaunch of this legendary model.” But other than the YouTube description, which states “Flip back to the Razr days of yesteryear and get ready for the future,” there are no other clues as to WTF is happening on June 9th.
However, a girl can dream. Check out the ad below and tell me you believe. ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS BELIEVE.
