Entertainment Weekly has confirmed that a movie adaptation for the hit MTV reality series, The Hills, could definitely (maybe) be happening.

A source close to stars Kristin Cavallari, Whitney Port, and Audrina Patridge said they all expressed interest in a movie adaptation, but that Lauren Conrad was skeptical. WTF, LC?!

According to EW:

The source also tells EW that the initial concept for the film would be to begin with Patridge’s wedding in Australia (she’s engaged to Aussie BMX biker Corey Bohan) with her friends in attendance. Then, it would catch up with the cast, who are now almost all in their 30s and leading very different lives (marriages, kids, etc.), à la the first Sex and the City movie.

I’m sooo beyond down for this to happen. While we wait for Lauren to come around, be sure to tune into the reunion special marking the 10th anniversary of the show called The Hills: That Was Then, This Is Now, which airs Aug. 2 at 10 p.m. ET on MTV.
