Lady Gaga Gave A Heartfelt Speech At a Los Angeles Vigil For Orlando Shooting Victims

Lady Gaga could not hold back tears as she gave an emotional speech for the lives lost in the Orlando shooting at Pulse nightclub this past weekend. The singer made the speech during an LA Vigil at Los Angeles City Hall, addressing the senseless hate crime that left 50 people dead and 53 people injured.

“This is an attack on humanity itself,” she exclaimed. “This is an attack on everyone.” Before Lady Gaga read the names of the victims who lost their lives, she mentioned, “We represent the millions of people around the world… You are not alone, you are not alone.”

The shooting took place early Sunday morning and has since been deemed the deadliest mass shooting in U.S. history. The attacker, Omar Mateen, approached Pulse Nightclub and opened fire on innocent people of the LBGT community.

Too many innocent people are losing their lives because of hate and it is about time we start saying, “enough is enough”.
