Calvin Harris Will Release a Song About Taylor Swift Cheating on Him

To no one’s surprise, the Taylor Swift, Calvin Harris saga continues, but this time Harris is taking a page out of his ex-girlfriend’s song book. The 32-year-old Scottish DJ is reportedly releasing a song about Swift cheating on him with her new boyfriend Tom Hiddleston.

According to TMZ, the song — which is apparently titled ‘Ole’ — features John Newman as the vocalist and is filled with blatant, lyrical digs at Taylor Swift. The song allegedly takes the point of view of Taylor’s new flame, 35-year-old Tom Hiddleston.

And Harris is not hiding his feelings — the lyrics are pretty telling. One line notably utilizes a play on words about Tom’s Avengers character Loki, saying “Low key, you won’t tell none of your friends about me.” Another lyric reveals his feelings about how the end of the relationship went down: “I see online that you begun to be a good girl and take trips with your boyfriend. Being attentive, continue to pretend…”

But this line, again from Tom’s point of view, might be the most telling: “You’ve hidden my name in your phone so you can call me to tell me you’ve been going through hell… Left him alone and you booked in a hotel.”

Newman teased the passive aggressive track on his Twitter page Wednesday, but didn’t mention the song’s subject matter.

Looks like Taylor Swift isn’t the only one who can write a scathing breakup song. Be on the lookout for the track’s release Friday.
