Facebook Just Made it Ten Times Easier to Cheat on Your SO

Cheating is ubiquitous, especially thanks to modern technology. But despite what people may say about Tinder, it’s not usually their goal to have wandering monogamous eyes use their tools to help aid their side piece calling. However, we may not be able to say the same for Facebook — things are looking pretty shady with their new private comment feature.

According to iOSAppChanges, the company is working on a way to post private comments under people’s posts, which IMO is sketchy AF. One tweeter posted a screenshot of what it would look like, with one picture showing a comment under a post with the words “private comment” and the phrase “this comment is hidden from everyone else” with a padlock symbol.

WHAT ARE YOU DOING FACEBOOK? WHAT ARE YOU DOING?

Rumor has it that the new feature will allow for the private comment to only be seen by the person who posted it. In other words, it will not be public for anyone else to see, making it 10,000 times easier to scam on other people’s baes without their knowledge and go through with digital cheating.

Look out Tinder, there’s a new playground for cheaters in town.
