Andy Cohen is the Gretchen Wieners of television. He knows everything, and though he occasionally gets celebs to spill the details on Watch What Happens, he tends to be tight-lipped.
Now, the man behind all of your favorite Real Housewives is hitting us with some pretty juicy new info, not only about his personal escapades, but the scandals behind Bravo and Hollywood’s biggest stars. And even Cohen admits some people might be “pissed” after reading some of the gossip to come in his new memoir, Superficial.
The book isn’t out until November 15, but a few excerpts and anecdotes have given us insight into the kind of stories his diary will contain… and let’s just say you won’t be able to put it down.
Here are the five biggest bombshells we’ve read so far from Andy Cohen’s upcoming memoir.
1. The Beverly Hills housewives aren’t sober during reunions.
According to Cohen, the glamorous Real Housewives of Beverly Hills are known to “really dose up on pills” before reunions, which do tend to get pretty wild.

2. Cohen can’t maintain close friendships with Housewives cast members.
Cohen divulges that he tries to remain unbiased in his treatment of each member of the Housewives franchise, and that includes making sure he isn’t favoring close friends like Carole Radziwell and Bethenny Frankel.
Cohen writes about the awkwardness in having to tell Radziwell she couldn’t come to not only a party thrown by a friend in his honor, but also Cohen’s annual Christmas gala.
Though Radziwell says that this is unfair because they share acquaintances, Cohen says it would be unfair to the rest of the women on the show. Ouch.
3. Cohen considers himself a “virgin,” even after a threesome with a married couple.
This one was a big shocker. The openly gay Cohen says that he felt he never lost his virginity because he never had sex with a woman.
Eventually, Cohen says a married straight couple that he’s friends with approached him with the proposition of having a threesome. Cohen consulted good friends Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos, who were both supportive, and decided to try it.
The trio took it to the bedroom and though Cohen admits to doing a few things, he says he still considers himself a “virgin” even after the threesome.
4. Cohen ran into Lindsay Lohan at a bar and it was uncomfortable.
Lindsay Lohan making people feel awkward isn’t exactly a revelation, but Cohen says that it was more her strange “European” accent that caught him off guard.
Cohen recalls having dinner with Kyle Richards, Bethenny Frankel and Modern Family‘s Eric Stonestreet when Lindsay Lohan approached them.
Not only was she talking strangely, but Cohen also said Lohan telling him she was living in “London, Dubai and Morocco.” Cohen couldn’t quite remember the incident and admitted Lohan may have been living in Monaco as well.
Eventually, Lohan asked Cohen to invest in a company she was buying into that allowed people to book private planes, making Cohen feel uncomfortable enough that when he spotted her again later, as he was leaving, he made a quick escape into an Uber to avoid her.
5. Cohen was concerned about Joe Giudice’s drinking before jail.
Cohen admits to a soft spot for Real Housewives of New Jersey‘s Teresa Giudice, especially after her own jail stint for tax fraud.
The talk show host and producer divulges that Joe Giudice’s drinking before jail was becoming a bit concerning, with Giudice drinking three bottles of wine in one sitting before his time behind bars.
Bonus: Cohen “sobbed” at Sarah Jessica Parker’s birthday party.
During SJP’s birthday party, her husband asked guests to sing musical numbers from Annie, which was her breakthrough role.
Cohen was tasked with performing “You’re Never Fully Dressed Without A Smile” from the musical, though he says the most moving moment was when Parker’s 12-year-old son sang “Maybe” to her.
