Photographer and Harry Potter fan Kayla Glover wanted to pass her love for the series to her 3-month-old baby, Lorelai Grace–and she did so in the cutest way possible.
On her blog, Glover wrote that she’s been a fan of the books since she was a child, and used to wait in line at the bookstore to get her copy at midnight. “I was depressed for weeks when the series ended. I still get teary-eyed when I think about Fred Weasley…”
Same, girl.
Glover went on to say that her adorable daughter already has a “Harry Potter” look, with big eyes and messy hair, so putting the photoshoot together was a cinch. She used classic Harry Potter items like round eyeglasses, a wand, a Gryffindor scarf, and a cauldron.

The photographer told Huffington Post that she’s been happy with the public’s response to her daughter’s photos on Facebook and Instagram.
“At a time where there’s so much negativity clouding our social media and in the news, it gives me hope to see others appreciate my beautiful little girl dressed as a character that represents strength, perseverance, and humility,” she said. “In the words of Albus Dumbledore, ‘Happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light.’”
