Ever since we first saw Teyana Taylor in Kanye West‘s music video “Fade,” we’ve been obsessed. Not only is she super talented and beautiful, but her body is SICK and we’ve been on a workout kick ever since. In case you live under a rock and have on idea what we’re talking about, here’s the video:

Now she’s moving on from being a video vixen to a fitness guru with a new workout program called “Fade 2 Fitness.” She announced the exciting news in an exciting Instagram post earlier today.
“I’m proud to FINALLYYYYYY announce FADE 2 FITNESS!!!” she wrote. “Everyone, please check out the link in my bio! Sign up to stay updated on upcoming dance workouts and behind the scenes footage of my workout choreography that I did to get back in shape after having baby Junie! DONT SLEEP ON DANCE!! The new year is AROUND THE CORNER so sign up, Submit and dance with me to 2 Get Fit!!!”
According to the program’s website, workouts include dance routines and exercises you can do in your living room, both or which she also promises are safe for pregnant women.
“Everyone keeps asking me what I did to get my body,” Taylor wrote on the website. “If you want to know my secret, sign up to get more information on the upcoming dance fitness program and dance workout tour! Thank you and let’s Fade 2 Fit.”
Taylor credits her impeccable physique to dancing off all of the junk food she eats, so we will definitely be trying that dance routine.
