Some creep has managed to invade yet another female celebrity’s privacy by posting nude photos of her online. The latest victim is Lucy Hale, best known for her role as Aria Montgomery on Pretty Little Liars.
Posted on the site Celeb Jihad — a space notorious for leaking compromising photos of celebrities — Hale claims the photos were obtained from her phone illegally, and she is currently threatening to sue the site.
The 27-year-old actress said she sent the photo, which shows her topless, to a friend via text. The actress’s lawyer has already sent a letter to the site, which was also responsible for leaking Emma Watson’s photos.
Hale has since responded to the leak on Twitter. “Well, I wasn’t going to comment on something so ridiculous,” she begins, “but since 2017 is going to be about speaking my truth… I’m going to say something.”
“Once again, a woman in the public eye was violated, stolen from and her private life and body were exposed for anyone to see,” she continued. “I will not apologize for living my life and having a personal life that is all mine. It’s truly unfortunate that being exposed in this way is allowed. Thank you for all the sweet, supportive messages I’ve been receiving. It was a much needed reminder that I’m surrounded by so much love. I appreciate you all very much. And to whoever did this… kiss my ass.”

Emma Watson’s lawyers were successful in getting her photos removed from the site; we hope Lucy Hale experiences the same.
