Oh, Donald Trump.

The President-elect took to Twitter early Friday morning to announce his disappointment in the ratings for the newest season of The Celebrity Apprentice, now hosted by Arnold Schwarzenegger. The latest Nielsen ratings for the reboot of the popular reality show indicated that Arnold’s version failed to draw in as many viewers as Donald’s did back in 2015. According to the report, Schwarzenegger’s debut brought in 4.9 million viewers compared to Trump’s 6.5 million viewers just one year ago. (And in case you forgot, that means that our future president was hosting a reality television show just over a year ago.)

“Wow, the ratings are in and Arnold Schwarzenegger got ‘swamped’ (or destroyed) by comparison to the ratings machine, DJT,” Trump wrote in his first tweet of the day, using the initials of his full name to emphasize his own star power. In a later tweet, “So much for being a movie star – and that was season 1 compared to season 14.”

Naturally, the “Terminator” wasn’t about to let those very public digs go by without some kind of response. But unlike Trump, Schwarzenegger decided to take the high road and actually offered the President-elect a few words of advice and even a famous quote by Abraham Lincoln to ponder.

In his first tweets, Schwarzenegger wished Trump the “best of luck” in his future role as President and reminded him that “there’s nothing more important than the people’s work,” even The Celebrity Apprentice. Schwarzenegger then reposted a video that he had originally posted on November 9—the day after Trump beat out Hillary Clinton to win the presidency—which features him quoting a portion of Abraham Lincoln’s first inaugural address in 1861 urging national unity.

Hopefully Trump will take Lincoln’s words to heart, but we’ll just have to wait and see.
