Pride Month has begun and the festivities are in full swing. As we begin to celebrate diversity and rejoice in our differences, it can be easy to forget that so many people aren’t privileged enough to be met with acceptance or love.
We all need a little inspiration and empowerment sometimes. It can help in lifting our spirits and getting back up, remembering that there have been so many before us who fought for our rights and shared their own wisdom.
Be proud, no matter who you are. These meaningful quotes will hopefully help you to keep going, whether you’re celebrating openly, taking time for self-reflection, or struggling. Happy Pride!
