Round stomachs can be really unflattering, especially when you want to look good during the summertime. Here are five healthy but delicious foods that’ll help you get a flatter stomach. Don’t worry about going to the gym because we always forget to go there anyways. Instead, take a trip to the grocery store and get these food products. Remember to not go into the candy aisle–it’s tempting, I know.

Forget the cereal and replace it with oatmeal instead. Fiber-rich oatmeal is so filling that you won’t have room for anything else. It’s also best to have plain oatmeal because flavored ones can be packed with sugar.

2. Blueberries

If you’re craving for something sweet you should grab some blueberries. Not only are these tasty fruits good to keeping that belly flat, it also decreases the risk of heart disease.

3. Almonds

Almonds are another good treat to snack on, plus they contain a good source of vegetable protein and fiber. So put down those chips and eat these instead when you want something between meals.

Salmon is the best fish you can have if you want to burn those calories. It’s high in omega-3s which helps reduce body inflammation. Tuna is also a really good alternative as well.

Lettuce as well as spinach and kale are filled with all sorts of vitamins and minerals and are high in fiber that’ll prevent stomach bloating. So remember to eat your veggies every day!
