These 7 Halloween Party Snacks Are Scary Good

If you have to be in costume, your snacks should have to be all dressed up too, right?

In my personal opinion, Halloween is all about candy, chocolate and everything sugary. I have compiled a list of seven sweet snacks that you can bring to the party that will make you the coolest guest there (or the coolest host if it’s your party). These desserts are definitely Insta-worthy and I have no doubt they’ll be delicious, which is the most important part anyway.

Let us know if you made any of these for your Halloweekend festivities!

1. Halloween Harvest Mix

Debbie Chapman knows her desserts, that’s for sure. This one is so easy and the perfect combo of salty and sweet. You can check out Chapman’s recipe here or you can make something similar with your favorite snacks. I personally prefer regular M&M’s to Reese’s Pieces, but just make sure to pick out the fall colors¬†(yellow, orange and brown) and you can also totally do without the sauce if you’re in a time crunch.

2. Monster Donuts

Also, creds to Chapman for these clever monster donuts! Here’s the link to her recipe, but literally all you need are donuts, plastic vampire teeth, M&M’s and something sticky to hold the chocolate treats in place (chocolate, frosting or even marshmallow fluff). Up to you, but these are super cute and super easy!

3. Tangerine Pumpkins

So clever and so adorable! Here’s a healthy snack that your friends will love and want to Snap. Here’s a link to the recipe.

4. Apple Peanut Butter Teeth

Who doesn’t love apples with peanut butter? It’s a perfect fall snack and it can look gross enough for Halloween. This three-ingredient concoction is so easy. The recipe¬†claims it’s for kids, but I beg to differ.

5. Googly-Eyed Pretzel Kisses

These mini treats also only require three ingredients. They’re adorable, delicious and people will be popping these in their mouths all night. Get the recipe here!

6. Cookie Pops

These take a little bit more effort, but they are totally worth it in the end. They’re kooky, fun and make a good rainy day activity. Get the recipe here on the blog Love From the Oven and check out Christi’s other Halloween recipes while you’re at it!

7. Witches Brew Brownies

Home Made Interest

And if you’re looking for as many calories as possible per bite, you can try these brownies. Halloween is all about the candy, right? Get the recipe here!
