‘Real Housewives Of Orange County’ Finale Stream: How To Watch Season 12, Episode 19 Online

So far, season 12 of Real Housewives of Orange County has been painfully boring. This is not a good thing because we’ve now reached the finale, but it’s also understandable because last season was insane to the point of being OTT. Few things can quite compare to Kelly Dodd screaming the c-word in a sushi restaurant, resulting in inexplicable sobs from Heather, or the ill-fated Ireland trip that left everyone in a very dark and slightly depressing place. It was a whole lot to live up to and season 12 did not live up to it, to say the least.

What exactly did season 12 do? Good question!

Tamra mainly honed in on Vicki this season, and rightfully so (mostly). She hoped to dispel the gay rumors about her husband Eddie, but she also brought Lydia back into the mix with the help of God. Tamra spent much of this season discussing her journey with THE LORD and the tough circumstances surrounding her family troubles, including her strained relationship with her daughter.

The aforementioned Lydia reclaimed her place as an occasional troublemaker (but predominantly a yawn in human form) this season. While she seemed to be there pretty much for the purpose of self-promotion (including her fake magazine), she also made sure to fight with everyone, especially Shannon. All in all, Lydia is incredibly boring and transparent, which is a lethal combination. The chances of seeing her again are slim.

Vicki spent her time in season 12 apologizing for being the worst, which now just seems to be her M.O. TBH, it’s pretty much Vicki’s time to go, but she’s holding onto her reality TV fame harder than she held onto the idea of Brooks being anything but a conman and a liar. That said, Vicki was kinda necessary so that Kelly Dodd would have someone to film with/who could tolerate her pre-redemption tour. As soon as Kelly doesn’t need/want her, no more Vicki.

Kelly Dodd, again, spent most of the season seeking redemption. Unlike in Vicki’s case, it actually seemed to work and it felt genuine! Huzzah. If this has been a good season for anyone, it’s definitely Kelly. She’s gone from unhinged to still unhinged, but at least unhinged with a heart of gold. That’s what separates her from Vicki, who seems to be just plain bad. Kelly is also divorcing her husband, who viewers could see was demonic, so that’s also a step in the right direction.

Then there was Peggy… the worst. Peggy started out strong, but eventually just collapsed into a pile of weird mixups, petty comments and constantly mentioning being Armenian (oftentimes as a copout). Peggy is also allegedly extremely homophobic, though she denied the rumors when discussing her sexuality with Head Gay of Bravo/the person who literally writes her checks, Andy Cohen.

Unfortunately, we have Shannon, who is spiraling with all of her might. This season was a dark one for Shannon, which is really saying something because literally every season for Shannon is a dark one. She couldn’t help but constantly sob with shame and horror at her weight gain, because that is apparently the worst thing that could ever happen to a person. Shannon can be so funny and cool, but it’s mostly eclipsed by her tendency to focus and stick onto very minute things. Luckily, Shannon dumped David and could see a redemption of her own next season.

Finally, we have Meghan, who… did something? Anything? She had a baby, which was great. She also proceeded to discuss said baby at any and every point. Meghan is sort of like Shannon in that she finds her storyline and sticks to it with a back-breaking force. That said, Shannon’s story is usually pertinent and actually horrifyingly fascinating to watch, whereas Meghan’s tends to be mundane. Meghan has so much potential of her own (she singlehandedly brought down Brooks, people!), so let’s just hope it can be explored in the future.

Tune in to season finale. Something might happen! If not, then maybe the reunion? We’ll see. Here’s how you can watch what happens (nothing) live.
