Where did we leave off with Jane The Virgin? Oh yeah, with Katherine running over Rafael in her fancy, silver sedan because he didn’t want to continue an intimate relationship with her. Insecurity issues much? But, the main question was, is Rafael dead or alive? With telenovelas, you never know.
A lot happened in last weeks episode, like Rafael’s sister, Luisa, has an imaginary friend named Carl. While Jane is navigating through her relationship with Adam since she found out that he was bisexual. Maybe something Adam should have told Jane before they starting dating…I mean we know how Jane can get with surprises.
In the first few minutes of the episode, we find out that Rafael is alive with his hand bandaged up laying down in a hospital bed. Thank god. Of course, Petra is rolling her eyes as she is pacing back and forth in the hospital room because she believes Rafael got “Villanueva-d.” Speaking of Villanueva, Petra realizes she has to call Jane to tell her what happened to Rafael.
Once Jane realized that she got through to Rafael, she needs to put her focus on something else, like planning her best friend’s bachelorette party. Fun! But, before the party, Jane’s best friend, Lina, knocks on the front door and wants Jane to found out of she should marry Danny, her fiancè. Um, what? Don’t meddle, Jane, don’t do it. She meddles. And possibly could ruin Lina and Danny’s engagement.
The drama-packed episode ends with Luisa giving Rafael his shares back for the Marbella because he was there for her and told her to go get help because of her imaginary friend! Yay. But, when Petra and Rafael are sitting in front of the lawyers, they can’t agree to the paperwork because of Luisa mental state. Damn! Therefore, it is reverting to the agreement that was signed six weeks ago. Anezka is now the new owner of the Marbella, and we see Anezka, her mother, and a guy that looks exactly like Carl, Luisa’s imaginary friend celebrating. So…Carl is not imaginary. Wow, that’s low.
