Meghan Markle Has Reportedly Found Her Wedding Dress

The biggest wedding of 2018 is only a few months away. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are set to wed on May 19, 2018, and the wedding planning is in full force. According to Royals reported Omid Mio Scobie and US Weekly Markle has already found her dress.

According to them, the wedding dress designer has already been chosen. Markle had her first dress fitting at Kensington Palace last week.

Markle’s best friend, stylist and bridal expert Jessica Mulroney helped Markle pick a dress. Mulroney flew to London for the first fitting and has been “guiding Meghan through the process.” Duchess Kate wore a dress designed by Sarah Burton who is the creative director of Alexander McQueen. Royals have a tendency to pick other English designers, but maybe Markle will break the mold. She did wear a sheer dress for their engagement photos.

Now if you’re wondering how qualified this BFF Mulroney is, there is no need to worry. Mulroney has helped Markle put together many looks before including her engagement outfit. Mulroney is also helping with other aspects of the wedding on top of the wedding dress. My guess would be that she’s helping fit the boys and the rest of the bridal party.

Many designers have sent Markle dresses and sketches. In December Israeli designer, Inbal Dror’s sketches leaked. Both sketches feature long sleeves, a high neck and a lace front.

In an interview from 2016 with Glamour Markle described her ideal wedding dress to be “Classic and simple is the name of the game, perhaps with a modern twist. I personally prefer wedding dresses that are whimsical or subtly romantic.” She then name-dropped her favorite wedding dress designers. Her faves are Delphine Manivet, Christos Costarellos, Ellie Saab and J. Mendel.
