Spencer Pratt Says Lauren Conrad Is Preventing ‘The Hills’ Reunion From Happening

With the Jersey Shore cast reuniting this spring to give fans one last fist pump together, former The Hills castmate Spencer Pratt was hoping to jump on the reunion bandwagon. Pratt who starred alongside his now-wife, Heidi Montag, his sister Stephanie Pratt, Audrina Patridge, Whitney Port, Kristina Cavallari and arch nemesis and star of the show Lauren Conrad, recently gave fans an update on a potential reunion happening.

Quick spoiler alert, things ain’t looking too good. On Monday night TMZ caught up with Pratt in Times Square where he let us know that his former enemy is holding up negotiations for a possible reunion.

Pratt who more or less was characterized as “the villain” for the better part of the series and has never been one to shy away from the cameras even gave a quick plea to Conrad, saying that she wouldn’t have to film with anyone she didn’t like, namely him, and would only have to commit to a half day’s worth of filming.

Of course, Spencer wouldn’t be Spencer without showing just a little bit of shade. When explaining that it was Conrad who was holding things up for a reunion Pratt referred to Conrad from her Laguna Beach Days, sarcastically referring to her LC. Pratt claimed that the reason that Conrad has shut down a reunion is that she’s “done with reality television.”

After running for four years from 2006-2010, we’re still crossing our fingers that our former Hollywood ‘It’ girls and Justin Bobby will reunite for one last hoorah. In the meantime, let’s take a trip down memory lane to see just what the cast has been up to since leaving the land of make-believe behind.

Lauren Conrad

Since Lauren walked away from The Hills literally in the middle of season five, the former Laguna Beach star has since spent a lot of time distancing herself from her reality television life. After leaving her former co-stars behind, Conrad went on to author a three-part fiction book series and solidified herself as a New York Times bestselling author. Conrad also released her style book, Lauren Conrad Style in 2010.

Conrad made small guest appearances on a few reality shows here and there but dedicated a majority of her time to her true love of fashion. In 2010 she attempted to return to reality TV with a series that focus on her life and career as a fashion designer but the series wasn’t picked up. Conrad jumped right back into her work and has since produced several lines including Paper Crown and LC Lauren Conrad, her lifestyle brand under Kohls. Conrad also has an online store, The Little Market, where they sell handmade pieces from women of varying cultural backgrounds and a lifestyle blog website.

After dating law student and former Something Corporate guitarist William Tell for a little over two years, the couple tied the knot in 2014. On January 1, 2017, Conrad announced on Instagram that she and Tell were expecting their first child. Their son, William “Liam” James, was born that same year.

Audrina Patridge

Following the end of The Hills, Patridge made an attempt to capitalize on newfound fame. She starred in her own reality series Audrina directly after The Hills finale, but the show was canceled after just one season. Patridge then went on to appear on Dancing with the Stars but only made it to week six before being eliminated. Since then Patridge has continued to pursue her acting career landing small roles in movies like Honey 2 and Scary Movie 5. Her last appearance on television was in 2016 when she guest starred as herself on an episode of Hell’s Kitchen.

Patridge dated motorcycle rider and pro BMX dirt bike rider Corey Bohan from 2008 until 2015. Patridge gave birth to their daughter Kirra Max on June 24, 2016. The couple married later that year in November 2016. In September 2017 Patridge filed for divorce and filed a restraining order against Bohan.

Whitney Port

Since leaving The Hills behind Port went on to star in her own reality show, The City. The show was canceled after just two seasons. Port, also a lover of fashion developed her own line, Whitney Eve and has made guest appearances on shows like Family Guy, America’s Top Model, Britain & Ireland’s Next Top Model and Almost Royal.

After being engaged to her longtime boyfriend, Tim Rosenman, Port and Roseman got married in November 2015. In February 2017 Port announced that she was expecting her first child. On July 27,2017 she welcomed her son, Sonny Sanford with her husband.

Heidi Montag

Montag has managed to sustain an ongoing career in the entertainment industry since The Hills finale in 2010. That same year the series ended Montag made headlines for having 10 surgical procedures done in just 24 hours. The alarming record of plastic surgery made Montag subject to worldwide media coverage and gossip.

Montag also tried her hand at a singing career and released one studio album, Superficial in 2010 as well. Montag and her husband, Spencer Pratt, who have been married since their reality TV wedding took place in 2008, have been a frequent fixture on various television shows like I’m a Celebrity…Get Me out of Here!, Celebrity Big Brother, Celebrity Wife Swap and Marriage Boot Camp. In October 2017 Montag gave birth to their son, Gunner Stone.

Lo Bosworth

In 2010, Bosworth launched her website The Lo Down. She also authored a book of the same name which came out in 2011. In 2013 she along with a friend co-founded Revelry House, a brand that sells fashionable party supplies, recipes, how to guide and playlists to make hosting a party easier. Also that year Bosworth started her own YouTube channel where she revealed that she was attending culinary school in New York in hopes of creating recipes for Revelry House. In 2017 Bosworth stated that she was moving back to California to be closer to her family.

Stephanie Pratt

Spencer’s younger sister Stephanie often found herself in the middle of compromising and uncomfortable situations during the show, and after it ended, her personal life followed suit. Professionally she starred as herself for three years in the UK show, Made in Chelsea. Stephanie also appeared on UK Celebrity Big Brother and UK Celebs Go Dating. She’s a bonafide star across the pond.

In 2012, Stephanie’s then-boyfriend Julien Chabbott was arrested in New York City after driving over a police officer’s foot, trying to avoid a parking ticket. The incident was recorded and posted to YouTube where Stephanie was seen intervening and attempting to flee the scene.

Kristin Cavallari

From 2009 to 2010 Cavallari took over the lead role in, The Hills. Since then she’s made several guest appearances as herself in reality shows including RuPaul’s Drag Race, America’s Next Top Model and Dancing with the Stars. In 2010 Cavallari began dating Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler. The couple wed in 2013. Together they have three children: sons Camden and Jaxon and a daughter Saylor. In January 2018 Cavallari announced that she would be returning to reality television to star in her own reality show.
