Who Is The Most Attractive British Female Royal?

According to science, Meghan Markle is the most attractive female royal beating out the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, by following the ‘golden ratio’ used by Leonardo Davinci for the perfect male body in his Vitruvian man sketch. The ‘Golden Ratio’ was created by the Greeks in an attempt to measure beauty and it has shown up in nature, including the arrangement of leaves and other plant parts.

Dr. Julian Desilva mapped out Markle’s face and compared it to the Duchess of Cambridge as well as Zara Phillips, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, who came in places two to five. The closer the ratios of a face and body are to the number 1.62, the more it is considered to be beautiful.

Dr. Desilva says “Meghan has beautiful facial symmetry and gets closer than any other princess to having what the Greeks considered the perfect face.” He continues “Meghan has an almost perfectly shaped nose with a 98.5% score, her eye position is exactly right and her gorgeous V-shaped chin is far more classically beautiful than Kate’s.”

Markle landed an 87.4%  whereas Middleton landed an 86.8 %, which is not too big of a difference between the two.

The other royals were measured as well. Zara Phillips landed in third place with a score of 81.6 percent, because of her weak chin and poor eye spacing. In fourth place was Princess Beatrice who landed an 80.7% due to her chin, but scored high because of her nose. Lastly in fifth place was Princess Eugenie with a 79.3%, her eye positioning is considered good but because of her lips, she got a low score.

Want to measure your beauty to see how you would have been graded by the Greeks and their ‘Golden Ratio’? Just measure the length of your face, divide it by the width, then divide the width of your lips by the length, and do the same with your nose.
